We’ve worked with NHS Trusts to analyse the data they collect for ERIC, identifying trends, benchmarking against other similar trusts, and showing where they need to focus their efforts to cut their estates spending, as well as supporting local authorities with decision making around where best to use their budgets.
Our team are the experts behind Parallel Data Intelligence, which we own in partnership with the public sector. Parallel is responsible for developing the Department for Health and Social Care’s SHAPE tool, which is used across the NHS to support service planning and estates strategy development.

Our team is behind the Department of Health and Social Care’s analysis tool SHAPE, which has over 13,000 users. Its primary aim is to facilitate scenario planning and option appraisals in support of public services, allowing the creation of estates strategies and business case development.
