We’re experts at sourcing funding options for major and minor projects, especially around the complex world of NHS and public sector capital and grant funding. We can demystify the process around applying for funding, giving you clear, simple advice so you can decide which funding option is best for your project.
We’re also highly experienced in the world of 3PD (third party developments) and external private funding, and we work with several partners on joint ownership models and formal joint ventures.
PARTNERSHIPS
Partnerships are one of our specialisms, especially around primary care developments. We were one of the first formal joint ventures in the country to partner with a GP practice to build a new surgery in a deprived area. We bought the land, built the surgery, and managed the whole project from end-to-end, leaving the practice free to concentrate on their patients.
We work with individual GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), taking time to understand their particular requirements before providing bespoke support to transform their surgery into affordable, bespoke, CQC-compliant facilities specifically designed by our clinical experts.
