PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT

If you have multiple projects to deliver, we’re here to help you work out how. We’ll identify the outputs you need to deliver and any limiting budget, funding and time factors. We’ll work with you and your stakeholders to develop a programme to deliver your aspirations.

We are experienced in setting up and managing a wide range of complex programmes for different organisations. 

Let us guide you through the process – including contractor procurement and performance monitoring, creation of governance systems and reporting mechanisms, and data gathering and analysis templates. 

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

We can work with you to ensure that your vision becomes a practical plan to deliver your project. We’ll create a detailed plan around timings, budgets, funding constraints and stakeholders to bring together a plan that works and delivers a high-quality project on time and to budget. 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

Delivering a project takes specialist expertise, and you might not have either the capability or capacity to take this on in-house. This is where we come in, with our skilled and experienced team ready and willing to take on your project and work with you and your stakeholders to bring it to fruition. 

Whether you want us to appoint a project manager to manage the full project from inception to completion, or whether you just need us to pick up a specific task, such as writing a business case, we’re here to help you. You’ll still have overall control of your project, but we’ll act as your eyes, ears and voice on a day-to-day basis to ensure the result meets your goals. 

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION

Managing contracts is a highly specialised skill, and it’s one we’re experts in.  

We can support, negotiate and deliver contracts for your project or programme, monitoring throughout to guarantee successful contractor delivery. We’ll supervise through the full process, including overseeing performance, changes and financial management. 

We can also provide value for money assessments of contract sums, and any additionally agreed works, ensuring you’re always confident you’re getting the optimal return on your spend.  

Our team have experience in multiple industry standard contract forms such as JCT and NEC, as well as client’s own bespoke arrangements. We also have several members of the team who are NEC4 accredited contract managers, and the whole team are experienced in new ways of working such as the use of electronic contract management tools. 

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

Effective stakeholder engagement is key to the successful delivery of all projects and programmes, and this engagement is embedded in the development and delivery of anything we work on. 

We can also support you with stakeholder engagement in projects or programmes you are managing yourself, ensuring stakeholders are working with you to achieve your goals.
